High Fidelity Syndrome: The Rocking Monthly Playlists (feat. Russell Allen and Biff Byford), 09/11

Χορταστικός μήνας ο Σεπτέμβρης από πλευράς κυκλοφοριών. Συνυπολογίζοντας το γεγονός πως ο εν λόγω μήνας παρουσιάζει και συναυλιακή ύφεση, όλοι βρήκαμε την ευκαιρία να αφιερώσουμε αρκετό χρόνο σε νέες μουσικές, που όπως σας είχαμε προϊδεάσει ήταν πολλές και καλές. Στο συμπέρασμα περί ποιότητας συναινεί η πλειονότητα των (rock) μουσικόφιλων, όπως μπορεί να παρατηρήσει κανείς μέσα από το forum του site μας, αλλά και σε κατ' ιδίαν συζητήσεις.

Κρίνοντας συνολικά την κίνηση στα στερεοφωνικά της συντακτικής ομάδας του site είναι χαρακτηριστικό το ότι οι νέες κυκλοφορίες μονοπωλούν το ενδιαφέρον, με μια από αυτές να φαίνεται πως κερδίζει και τους περισσότερους, όπως θα ανακαλύψετε και μόνοι σας. Από την άλλη, οι καλεσμένοι μας έχουν μάλλον πιο κλασικά ακούσματα. Κυρίως ο Biffy Byford των Saxon, που δεν έκρυψε ποτέ την αγάπη του για τη μουσική από το νησί του, καθώς ο Russell Allen των Symphony X, που θα απολαύσουμε και σύντομα live, έχει και πιο φρέσκα ακούσματα.

Έχουμε πολλά ακόμα που σχεδιάζουμε στο site μέχρι το τέλος της χρονιάς. Brace yourselves. Winter is coming...
