Στους Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross και Jon Batiste το Όσκαρ καλύτερης μουσικής επένδυσης για το "Soul"

 Το ντουέτο των Trent Reznor και Atticus Ross των Nine Inch Nails μαζί με τον Jon Batiste κέρδισαν το φετινό Oscar για το καλύτερο soundtrack για την animation ταινία “Soul”.

Οι Reznor και Ross είχαν διπλή υποψηφιότητα αφού συμμετείχαν και με την ταινία “Mank”, ενώ είχαν ήδη κερδίσει Χρυσή Σφαίρα και Critics Choice Awards λόγω του “Soul”.

Αυτό είναι το δεύτερο Oscar για το δίδυμο, αφού το 2010 είχαν κερδίσει ακόμα ένα για το soundtrack της ταινίας του David Fincher  “The Social Network”.

Οι ίδιοι δήλωσαν μετά την απονομή τους πως «θα στρέψουν την προσοχή τους πλέον στους Nine Inch Nails όσο το δυνατόν συντομότερα, ίσως και αύριο».
