Bryan Adams και John Cleese στα χνάρια του "Let There Be Rock"

Προετοιμάζοντας το έδαφος για τον επόμενο δίσκο του, ο Bryan Adams έδωσε στην δημοσιότητα ένα ακόμη καινούριο τραγούδι με ιδιαίτερα χαρακτηριστικά.

Σε συνεργασία με τον κορυφαίο παραγωγό Mutt Lange, επιχείρησε να βαδίσει στα χνάρια των AC/DC και του "Let There Be Rock", με μια επικών διαστάσεων εισαγωγή από τον συνιδρυτή των Monty Python, John Cleese:

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Then he created the waters and the land. And then he created man. But man degenerated and descended into the black hole of making bad music.

So a darkness fell all around. Only he could know of the storm that was coming, the hurricane that was brewing. Yes, there was something wrong, something missing. There was no rock music!

So he sent an angel. And out of the mist, that angel came. He wore boots, blue jeans and a baseball cap. He had a big ol' smile like a welcome mat. How cool is that?

Then all the world went silent and they looked up, because they wall wanted to hear what he had to say. And after a moment's silence, he said...

Let there be guitar, drums, bass, piano! Let there be a kick ass, kick ass rocking band!

Το δέκατο πέμπτο άλμπουμ του Bryan Adams φέρει τον τίτλο "So Happy It Hurts" και πρόκειται να βγει στην αγορά στις 11 Μαρτίου.

Μέχρι στιγμής, έχουν κυκλοφορήσει ακόμη video clip για το "On The Road" και το ομότιτλο του δίσκου.

Ο αγέραστος Καναδός rocker εμφανίστηκε ζωντανά στην χώρα μας τον Νοέμβριο του 2019 μετά από 27 χρόνια, προσφέροντας σε όσους βρέθηκαν στο κλειστό του ΟΑΚΑ μια "night to remember".

Δύο μήνες μωρίτερα, ο θρυλικός Βρετανός κωμικός παρουσίασε την παράσταση "Last Time To See Me Before I Die" σε ένα κατάμεστο Ηρώδειο.
