Alcest is a daring band, never afraid to experiment and do different things, always pursuing their artistic expression. "Shelter", their latest album, is the proof, eliminating all the black metal elements and going for a more atmospheric and dreamy sound. Winterhalter talked to us about "Shelter" in particular but also about their general approach to creating music.
