THEATRE OF THE NO, Athens' first English-speaking theater, is hosting the "Blues Connoisseurs" (Andreas Gomozias Trio). Andreas Gomozias, with over 40 years in the Blues scene, creates a unique blend of Blues and Jazz, always with a signature Swing feel, while also touching on Rock 'n' Roll and Country sounds.

He has collaborated with top artists like Mick Taylor (formerly of the Rolling Stones), Michael Dotson, and Loukianos Kilaidonis. As the founder of bands like Drifting Around, Country Gentlemen, and Blues Revenge, he has also been part of legendary groups like Johnny Vavoura’s Blues Family and The Cadillacs.

Joining him on stage:

Manos Loutas (bass): With an international career and Jazz Bass studies in the USA, Loutas has worked with Jazz and Blues legends like David Liebman, Andy Sheppard, and Alex Foster. His extensive experience on international stages and rich discography make him the ideal companion for Gomozias on this musical journey.

Christos Koutsogiannis (drums): Having performed in 24 countries and collaborated with significant Greek and international artists such as Dionysis Savvopoulos, Lavrentis Machairitsas, The Tiger Lillies, and Meschiya Lake, Koutsogiannis brings dynamic energy and rhythm to the stage. He is also known for his work as co-creator of Opera Chaotique.

Gomozias has an extensive discography, including albums like “Lightnin' in My Pocket” (2006), “Magic Bus Sessions” (2008), “Blues Ain't Minor” (2012), and his upcoming album “Urban Blues Reverie” (2024).
