Έφυγε από τη ζωή σε ηλικία 48 ετών η Whitney Houston

Η Kristin Foster, υπεύθυνη δημοσίων σχέσεων της Whitney Houston, ανακοίνωσε ότι η διάσημη τραγουδίστρια και ηθοποιός απεβίωσε το Σάββατο στο ξενοδοχείο Beverly Hilton.

Η αιτία θανάτου είναι μέχρι στιγμής αδιευκρίνιστη, είναι όμως γνωστό ότι η Houston πάλευε με τον εθισμό της στις ναρκωτικές ουσίες. Η Whitney Houston, που έφυγε από τη ζωή σε ηλικία 48 ετών, ήταν σύμφωνα με το βιβλίο Guinness η πιο πολυβραβευμένη γυναίκα όλων των εποχών, με 415 βραβεία μέχρι το 2010, ανάμεσα στα οποία δύο βραβεία Emmy και έξι βραβεία Grammy. Το ομώνυμο ντεμπούτο της του 1985 έχει πουλήσει 25 εκατομμύρια αντίτυπα παγκοσμίως.
