Απονεμήθηκαν τα Progressive Music Awards για το 2013 σε εκδήλωση που πραγματοποιήθηκε στο Kew Gardens του Λονδίνου, με παρόντες αρκετούς από τους σημαντικότερους καλλιτέχνες της prog μουσικής και τον Steve Hackett να παρουσιάζει ζωντανά ένα ακουστικό set.

Στις σημαντικότερες κατηγορίες, στον Steven Wilson απονεμήθηκε το βραβείο καλύτερου δίσκου για το "The Raven That Refused To Sing (And Other Stories)", στους Von Hertzen Brothers το βραβείο καλύτερου τραγουδιού για το "Flowers And Rust" και στους Marillion το βραβείο του καλλιτέχνη της χρονιάς.
